This piece was created as part of the August 2021 group show "Out on a Limb" at The Woods Art Space in Regina, Saskatchewan. The entire show revolved around the idea of emotional catharsis and expression surrounding the COVID pandemic, and I wanted to experiment with representing this through landscape. The scenery cycles from day to night, but they compliment each other. Similarly, I hope viewers take away that good times/bad times are all a part of life, and eventually the "dark times" of night pass.
